Rajni Natesan has focused her career on bringing cutting-edge technology into patient care in ways that are both practical and transformative. A physician with a strategist’s mindset, she thrives at the intersection of clinical insight, data science, and operational rigor. She began her career as one of the first physicians on Wall Street, guiding mergers, acquisitions, and financings across life sciences, biotech, and medical devices. At Lehman Brothers and across its strategy teams, she led more than 25 roadshows and helped steer over $2B in investment decisions.
Rajni went on to lead multiple venture-backed health technology companies. As CEO of Clarified Precision Medicine, she advanced a cancer genomics platform focused on improving how patients and clinicians use molecular data. At Braid Health, she served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Medical Officer, securing early adopters such as One Medical, Walmart Health, and Exact Sciences while guiding product development, go-to-market strategy, and financing. Earlier, as Co-President and Chief Medical Officer of QT Imaging, she drove major FDA clearances—including multiple 510(k)s and a Breakthrough Device designation—and led domestic and international fundraising, including a $50M round.
Across these roles, Rajni has built a distinctive playbook: pair responsible innovation with operational excellence and design technology around real clinical needs. A board-certified radiologist specializing in breast cancer imaging, she previously served on the faculty at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research spans AI and machine learning, health equity, and health economics, and she completed her residency and fellowship at Northwestern University, with BA, MD, and MBA degrees from Georgetown University.
Martin Naley
Martin’s singular mission for the last 12 years has been to give patients more agency in their own care. A scientist at heart, Martin thrives on challenging data problems. He dreams big, but doesn’t shy away from the details. In his early career, at Invitrogen (Life Technologies), Martin held many business and strategy roles. He became convinced of the power of cell therapy and genomics technologies but felt that they weren’t impacting the lives of patients quickly enough. So he embarked on the entrepreneurial phase of his career by launching Cure Forward, which enabled cancer patients to find genomic testing and use those results in their care. He worked with Third Rock Ventures to launch Thrive, an early cancer detection company that was acquired by Exact Sciences. Then, at Ciitizen, he led the development of an automated cancer trial matching system that found care options for over 2,000 patients. Later, at Prolaio, he shaped a new consumer brand and product offering for remote cardiac monitoring. Through all this experience, Martin has honed a rich playbook for healthcare innovation: serve the patient foremost, involve care teams, engage the ecosystem responsibly, and dig deep into the details. At Resonata, Martin applies these principles as co-founder and CEO. He holds a BA in Biology from Cornell and an MBA from Yale.
