Join our founding team and help create a new category that connects patients with life-changing care options
We're seeking founding team members who want to build something transformational from the ground up. These are equity-focused roles for experienced professionals who thrive in early-stage environments and want significant ownership in creating a new healthcare category.

Resonata is the precision marketing platform for biopharma—connecting patients with clinical trials and treatments that match their actual medical situation. We pull complete medical records, match against real eligibility criteria, and give patients agency in their care decisions. We are acting with urgency. Patients need our help, and the industry needs our help to maximize the impact of their care innovations.
We're live with our first indication, closing our first angel investments, and preparing for our seed round. The patient application is launching now. The B2B products (sponsor workbench, enroller workbench) are at design stage. We need someone to own product across this entire surface area—not to manage a team, but to build. Part-time participation is a possibility - we'll make it work for the right person.
This is an equity-only position until seed financing closes (target: 4-6 months). For the right person—someone who demonstrates they can be a true thought partner and co-builder—we're open to this becoming a co-founder role.
We've taken this as far as we can, as fast as we can, without a dedicated product leader. The consumer product is poised to take off and industry is at the table, and product execution will be essential to realize impact.
You're an independent thinker who is obsessive about execution. When given a problem, you come back with hypotheses to test, not questions about what we want. You challenge ideas that don't hold up—including ours—and you propose alternatives. You're not waiting to be told what to build. You naturally flex from the details to the big picture as needed.
You build with conviction, not consensus. You're prepared to work quickly to learn the dynamics of our ecosystem—patients, providers, biopharma, sites—and then build without fear on that mental understanding. You know you'll learn far more through iteration than through up-front research. You synthesize what you know, make a bet, execute immediately, and learn from real-world response. You're 100% encouraged to engage with stakeholders at every opportunity, and you'll be invited to join the stakeholder conversations we have as a company—but you also seek out your own sources of input independently.
You're a craftsperson who owns the outcome. You advance only what you're proud of, collect inputs proactively, own the result at every step through to final review before release, and hold accountability for understanding user response and product performance in the market. Other executives are your allies and a sounding board, but you confidently own the product from start to finish. Your products speak in a language that engages your users naturally at every step. You care about the micro-interactions—the three seconds after someone submits their data, the moment they see their first match.
You can marshal resources to get things built. You'll work with internal and external designers and engineers to bring products to life. This means surfacing and justifying needs, sourcing the right capabilities, and managing resources effectively toward objectives. You're not waiting for a team to be handed to you—you help figure out what's needed and make the case for it.
You can flex between consumer and B2B. Patient product thinking is about friction, emotion, and trust. Sponsor product thinking is about business outcomes, project efficiency, compliance, and measurability. You know these require different mindsets and you can switch modes. You've delivered multi-stakeholder platforms before, ideally in healthcare.
This is an equity-only position until our seed round closes (target: Q2 2026). Equity grant will reflect the seniority of the role and the stage of company—we're serious about this being a foundational team position. For candidates who demonstrate co-founder potential, we're prepared to have that conversation.
