Your Responsibilities
  • Define our technology vision and strategy - Set out an inspiring and realistic vision for the technology team to work towards, align the technology vision with the product vision and company mission
  • Architect platform for scale across all healthcare domains - Map technology architecture and make critical technology decisions like service architecture, data architecture, choice of libraries, APIs and integrations
  • Creative solution engineering for complex healthcare matching challenges - Design innovative approaches to precision matching that work across thousands of eligibility criteria and millions of patient profiles
  • Strategic business partnership - Represent technology at the executive level and the board level, and be the most accountable person when it comes to the technology platform and tech people decisions
  • Build and lead world-class engineering culture - Manage the direction and performance of the technology team that usually exists primarily of software engineers, but also for example technical product managers and technical support staff 
  • HIPAA-compliant infrastructure at enterprise scale - Ensure our platform meets the highest healthcare data security and compliance standards
  • Technology evangelism and thought leadership - Represent the company's technical side (e.g. at conferences and investor meetings)
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years building enterprise healthcare or health tech platforms with experience architecting systems that handle sensitive medical data at scale
  • Proven technology leadership and vision-setting - Track record of defining technical strategy that drives business outcomes in complex, regulated industries
  • Deep healthcare domain expertise - Understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7), HIPAA compliance, and the nuances of clinical workflows and patient data
  • Strategic business acumen - Experience working at the executive level, representing technology to boards/investors, and translating business strategy into technical roadmaps
  • Innovation and creative problem-solving - Demonstrated ability to architect novel solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder problems where no playbook exists
  • Startup/scale-up experience preferred - Understanding of resource constraints, rapid iteration, and building foundational systems that can scale 10x
  • Communication and evangelism skills - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, investors, and industry audiences

Founding Commercial Leader

  • Build go-to-market strategy for both biopharma clinical and commercial teams across thecomplete product lifecycle
  • Establish pilot accounts within 6 months - Identify and close initial customers who will validate our platform and provide case studies
  • Scale to significant biopharma presence within 18 months - Build relationships with 10+major biopharma accounts across both commercial and clinical divisions
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles - Master the nuances of selling innovative technology into large, regulated pharmaceutical organizations
  • Develop repeatable sales processes - Create scalable methodologies for qualifying prospects, conducting demos, and closing deals in both clinical and commercial segments
  • Build strategic industry relationships - Establish Resonata as a recognized player in precision healthcare through key partnerships and industry presence
  • Revenue growth from $0 to Series A readiness - Drive the commercial engine that demonstrates market traction and scalable business model
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback drives platform development
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years in biopharma commercial operations or health tech sales
  • Deep relationships within clinical research and/or commercial marketing teams
  • Experience introducing new technology platforms to enterprise healthcare buyers
  • Track record of building repeatable, scalable revenue engines
